Laptop Leopard?
Filed Under (Notebook Software) by Mohd Fauzi A Rahman on 17-10-2007
Apple will be hitting stores with their new operating system …. The Leopard OSX.
The fifth edition will be hitting stores come October 26 and with the operating system a compatible with the Intel Core Duo 2 processors, my bet is that we are going to see a number of migrants out there, especially from the notebook community.
Don’t get me wrong, Microsoft Windows is still the majority’s choice but with the Microsoft putting Vista in so many editions …. (Home, Home Premium, Business, Ultimate editions), The Leopard is the one and only edition release.
To keep it simple, anyone who bought the Leopard OSX will receive the same software bundled in…. no more, no less. That’s what I like personally like about Apple . They always put one “Standardised” product in the market and it doesn’t confuse people too much.
Although I’ve not tried any of the Apple softwares myself, I personally have the urge to try one since my Lenovo notebook which was integrated with Windows Vista is not giving me the “Ride Of My Life” at the moment.
Some might even wonder….. am I a Microsoft rebel?
Not really …. Windows XP was great …easy to customized and navigate but thumbs down in security features though.
Wherelse Vista in my opinion, has a cool design and theme but sucked in terms of software exploration, customisation and RAM usage (the resources usage really suck!).
Anyway Apple has also announced pre-orders to those who wanted to get their hands on the new product release before launch. You can click on the “Buy” button below.
