IE 8 Beta 2 Is Ready
Microsoft has launched IE8 beta 2 for users and testers to download.
Personally, it is not yet a finished or stable software and do download this with caution; whether you’re downloading to your desktop or your laptop.
There are a couple of new feature added after the IE7 release which I personally believe the features are already there in Firefox ( cause I’m a big fan of Firefox, that’s why
).
Here are some of the new additions to IE8 beta2.
- Accelerators
- Automatic Crash Recovery
- Enhanced Navigation
- Web Slices
- Improved Favorites and History Management
- Instant Search
- Increased Performance
The interface, however, is somewhat similar to IE7 (nothing much changes there).
However the new features like accelerators, web slices and automatic crash recovery will be keeping interesting to know more.
A summarize on the 3 new ‘toys’ that Microsoft now provides you.
- Accelerators - It will give you access to your most common service when you’re connected to the internet.

- Web Slices -It is somewhat like an update notifier; something like RSS thing, to the websites that you’ve frequently visited.

- Automatic Crash Recovery - Similar to the “RESTORE SESSION” in Firefox.
Well that is it from me and you are really into the challenge, here the download link to the software.
