Convert Your Office 2007 Files To PDF
Filed Under (Notebook Software) by Mohd Fauzi A Rahman on 23-07-2008
Hi guys and it’s been a very long while since I update anything on this blog, not to mention my other sports blog as well at Latest Magpies News. I’ve been utterly busy with schedules till I’m unable to find any time at all to do something on my blog.
To my loyal readers out there => My sincere apologies to keep you all waiting for new updates.
I’ve also recently released an online book as well, something I’ve mentioned before which is “VISTA UNPUBLISHED“.
It took quite a while to release this book and on top of that facing numerous interruption in making the site, marketing it and others…….
But one thing that is a problem when creating this book from my laptop is packaging it.
I’m using the new breed of Microsoft Office 2007 to complete this project and with a lot of images, the conversion from Microsoft Words (.docx) files to pdf had a lot of hiccups; mind you this is using the standard method like pdf printer softwares (CutePDF and Adobe Acrobat Professional 8.0).
I know there’s a way around to this problem and actually it is just in front of my eyes.
In Office 2007, Microsoft has incorporate an add-in for users to save the current document, spreadsheet, presentation or forms to PDF or XPS file formats.
This works exceptionally well with the new Office file formats and converting it pdf is a snap.
You can get this free download at the official website here.
(However Microsoft will need to validate your Office software, which I sometimes believe it is like a breach of privacy
