Custom Declare Your Laptop Contents

Although it sounds pathetically insane but that is what is currently practiced by custom officers at the Los Angeles International Airport.
Sadly to say, it is a matter of privacy intervention from my point of view.
As in the state’s latest ruling handed down yesterday by the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, it will authorize airport searches to be conducted on any electronic devices such as cellphones, laptops, etc.
This rule came about search-and-seizure case when a U.S. Customs inspector found child porn on a laptop belonging to an O.C. resident Michael Arnold when he passed through LAX in 2005 after a trip to the Philippines.
A black ink has definitely pollute the clear water and because of this stupid issue people traveling will have to accommodate these sets of problems.
So far it has been implemented in Los Angeles …. and God knows where else this insane practice is going to be implemented next.
Drop me a comment cause I find this absolutely NUTS!
