Laptop Essential Series : The In-Built Webcam
- 1 Comment
I’ll be doing a couple of essential series on the notebook computers these days.
Now things are getting more sophisticated and very advanced indeed. What we see now are things on the notebook that weren’t there a few years ago ….. the in-built webcam is a very fine example.
The users these days are blessed with the greatest technology; me so envy sometimes.
Now notebook makers like Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer and many others have already intergrated the webcam as part of the notebook features.
With software support features like “Image Security” (you can use your face to lock or unlock the notebook) available in bundle now, users have the luxury of having great usage features not to mentioned security as well.
Then again, why the camera is built in?
Good question…….
With video chat so common among notebook users these days, it is important to feel the mobility without the extra pheripherials.
Just imagine, you have bring along your USB webcam wherever you go. And normally a PC webcam is quite thick in size, not to mention the lengthy USB cable attached to it.
With the internet moving to be more community based these days and hopefully in the future, you might even have video chatting features that allow video chat between users from Facebook to Multiply or even social sites like Reddit and MyBlogLog.
If this thing really did happen…… notebook users will agree how essential the in-built webcam at their notebook will be to them.
It’s the source of great community interaction between everyone in the online world.
